To comply with the legal requirements of the Tobacco Act (TabG, Art. 4 et seq.) that came into force on October 1, 2024, as well as youth protection requirements, we offer two methods of age verification:

PXL Vision is committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable data protection provisions (in particular DSG, Art. 7) and stores this data only as long as necessary for the verification process and to comply with statutory retention obligations. After completion of the process and expiry of legal retention periods, the data will routinely be deleted or anonymized.
The data is used exclusively to document the age verification and to fulfill regulatory recordkeeping obligations. We ensure that all collected data is protected against unauthorized access through appropriate technical and organizational measures. As soon as the statutory retention periods expire or the purpose of storage ceases to apply, the data will routinely be deleted or anonymized.
